Booking Conditions Agreement: This hire agreement shall be between the Hirer and the Property Owner

Payment: For bookings made within two months of the holiday start date, please pay the full amount. For bookings made more than two months before your holiday start date, please send a deposit of £100.

Balance payment: Upon payment of the deposit and subject to the acceptance of the booking, the hirer becomes liable for the balance of the rent due two months before the start of the holiday.

Linen and Towels: The hirer is required to bring their own bed linen and towels. Duvets, pillows and tea towels are provided.

Electricity: Inclusive of rental cost.

Sleeping Capacity: The property may not be occupied by persons other than those named on the booking form. The hirer shall not part with possession of the property or share it except with members of the booking party.

Availability: This contract is made on the understanding that the property will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event that it is not, through no fault of the owner’s, the property owner may be forced to cancel the booking. The hirer will be advised of such as early as possible and all monies so far paid by the hirer will be refunded in full. The hirer will have no further claims against the property owner.

Neighbours: The hirer and other members of the party must not be a nuisance to occupants of neighbouring properties.

Occupation Times: Tenancies commence after 2pm on the start date of your holiday and terminate at 10am on the finish date.

Damage: All bookings are accepted on the understanding that the property is left clean and tidy and all breakages are paid for by the hirer.

Access: The property owner or their representatives shall be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time during the letting period.

Pets and Smoking: Dogs may be accepted outside of peak weeks. Please check at the time of enquiry. Smoking is forbidden by law.

Personal Belongings: Baggage and personal items are at the hirer’s risk and no responsibility can be accepted by the property owner for any loss or damage.

Insurance: We recommend that the hirer takes out personal insurance to cover such events as loss, damage and cancellation.

Cancellation: In the event of the hirer cancelling the holiday, the property owner will endeavour to re-let the property and if successful will refund all monies to the hirer, less deposit. If the property is not re-let, then no monies will be repaid.
